[Alert_collaboration] Nuclear DVCS/DVMP: a CLAS collaboration proposal

Dear All,

I just exchanged few lines with Hovanes through chat and he told me that
all committee members agreed to endorse the nuclear DVCS/DVMP proposal for
submission to the PAC.

One more to go but I think we are on the right track.

Keep up the good work everyone. We are almost there.
