[Alert_collaboration] ALERT group meetings

Hello,

This is a reminder for tomorrow's meeting. Julien Bettane, our local 
engineer will present the status of the work in Orsay, I hope we can 
have an update from Argonne as well and then we can discuss the path 
forward, how we see the planning to get the approval from JLab to run 
(ERR) and so on.
