[Alert_collaboration] Meeting

Hello,

We did not have a meeting in a long time, I think it is time to resume. 
We have much progress to report from Orsay, hopefuly we can hear from 
progress in Argonne as well. We also need to have a discussion about 
proposal submission to the next PAC. If we decide to go back this year, 
we will need to organize rapidly.
