[Alert_collaboration] ALERT group meetings

Hello everyone,

Following the acceptance of the run group by the last PAC, I think it is 
time for us to restart our meetings. I propose to start with monthly 
meetings, these will be focused on progress in the design and on 
detector issues mostly, but of course we can discuss any subject related 
to ALERT there. Here is a doodle to fix a first date:

progress in both IPN and Argonne at this meeting.

On a side note, now that the proposals are approved, I am going to take 
down the git-hub proposal repository. So please update your local copy 
one last time if you want to keep these repository in your archives.
