[Alert_collaboration] Meeting on the 17th

Hello everyone,

We will meet on the 17th of December at the usual time (10:30 JLab 
time). According to our schedule, we should have reports on:

- Simulation of the beam line (Rong)

- The target configuration (Mohammad)

- The drift chamber optimal radius (Gabriel)

- Progress on the TOF system (Whitney)
