The topic of the meeting will be New experiments with ALERT. Please let 
me know if you want to give a presentation. For now, I assume Chao will 
be presenting the phi-N proposal and maybe Whitney would like to present 
his ideas about alpha knock out from heavy nuclei.

Since the discussion will be rather large, feel free to invite people 
for this meeting so that new collaborations can develop.
