We will meet on the 3rd of december usual time (10:30 JLab time). 
According to our schedule, we should have reports on:

- The target materials (Mohammad)

- The drift chambers wire fixations (Gabriel)

- The TOF system scintillator materials and wrapping method (Whitney)

- Simulation of the beam line (Rong)
