[Alert_collaboration] Next Meeting

Hello everyone,


We will have our next meeting Monday Feb. 11th. We will review progress 
on each subsystem and discuss the ERR, as I received a request from 
Patricia to meet in JLab during the collaboration meeting (see below).

    OK, then let’s have a meeting on the *6th at 9am.*
    In order to have an effective meeting, please come to us with a
    clear assessment (schedule for construction, % of completion, etc..)
    on where you are  with the different pieces of the detector:
    - general design
    - DC
    - Target
    - TOF
    - Electronics, DAQ & Trigger
    - Mechanical structure
    Also we would like to have some discussion on the status of
    software/simulation/analysis
