As suggested by Raphael, 
the straw-target, ALERT-DC, and the helium-bag are better to be integrated together. 
Therefore please check the attachments for the preliminary geometries at the beamline.

Dear Whit and all, 

The attachment contains the source files for beam background simulation. 
You may check README and gcard before a test. 

Currently, I save the raw informations of all steps. 
Hit information depends on the time window, the size of the sensitive volume you want to look, 
and the Edep threshold etc. At the begining, it is good to look at allraws. 

Now, I am estimating the Edep rate / dose rate at different configurations. 
Hope I can finalize this before the trip to JLab.

In order to have an effective meeting, please come to us with a clear assessment (schedule for construction, % of completion, etc..) on where you are with the different pieces of the detector: 
- general design 
- DC 
- Target 
- TOF 
- Electronics, DAQ & Trigger 
- Mechanical structure 
Also we would like to have some discussion on the status of software/simulation/analysis
