[Alert_collaboration] Keep out zones

Dear ALERT collaboration members,

  In order to design the electronics for the DC of ALERT, we would need to know the keep out zones for the other elements.
  In particular, right now, we would be very much interested in the position of the readout elements for the scintillators.
  Indeed, a very good option for us, would be to extent the PCB used to connect the wires and include on it the decoupling elements.
  So please, don't be too conservative when you give us numbers.
