[Alert_collaboration] ALERT collaboration meeting on Monday , March 18th

Dear all,
     We will be meeting on Monday, March 18th, at 10:30 AM (EST) - 9:30 AM
(CST) - 3:30 PM Paris timing-zone to discuss on the following preliminary
agenda items:

- Updates on the design of the drift chamber (Gabriel)
- Updates on the ERR scheduling and summary of the meeting we had with
Patrizia, Rolf and Volker on Wednesday, March 6th. (Raphael)
- Updates on the target gas system supply and the final design that is
getting approved by Bob Miller and Bill Crahen. (Mohammad)
- Updates on the geometry choices from simulation. (Rong)
- Updates on the TOF design and testing (Whit).
