[Alert_collaboration] [EXTERNAL] Let's prove us right: AAA

Dear all,

 Alert at ALTO (AAA) is now a reality, thanks to Hakim and Matthieu.
 You will find in attachment the report about the meeting we had with ALTO organization for testing a prototype of ALERT on one of their beam lines.
 
 The dates are March 2 to March 13, we will run from 7 to 22 o'clock and not during the weekend.
