Greetings ALERT Team,

I hope this email finds you all doing well and making good progress in 
your work activities. I am
contacting you to schedule the next ALERT task force meeting. I would 
ask you to consider Sep. 1
from noon-2 p.m. (with an alternate slot on Sep. 3 from noon-2 p.m.). 
Please let me know your
availability.

The agenda that I have in mind is the following:

1) Brief updates on preparations from the ALERT team since the last task 
force meeting
2) Brief updates on preparations from the JLab team since the last task 
force meeting
3) Finalize the plans for the ERR “dry runs” to the Hall B group
          My initial target date is Oct. 2. I have sent a preliminary 
agenda to Marco for feedback
          and will send you what we have shortly.
4) Target a date for the ERR (targeting 2nd or 3rd week in December)

To give folks enough time to prepare for the meeting, I would like to 
converge on the date for
the next task force meeting by next Friday (Aug. 21).
