Greetings ALERT Team,

I have not heard any objections to my scheduling proposal, so let’s 
finalize the next ALERT task
force meeting for Tues. Sep. 8 from noon - 2 p.m..

The agenda will be as follows:

1) Brief updates on preparations from the ALERT team since the last task 
force meeting
2) Brief updates on preparations from the JLab team since the last task 
force meeting
3) Planning for ERR “dry runs” to the Hall B group - scheduled for Oct. 
2 from 1:30-3:30 p.m.
4) Target a date for the ERR (targeting 2nd or 3rd week in December)
