[Alert_collaboration] [EXTERNAL] ALERT general meeting

Hello everyone,

We will not have a meeting next week. However, we discussed our upcoming 
general meeting on January 20 and 21. I wanted to announce the dates by 
emails to make sure everyone gets the information. We will run the 
meeting from 9 am to 12 pm ANL time (8 am - 11 am in New Mexico, 10 am - 
1 pm for JLab and 4 pm - 7 pm for IJCLab) This will be tighter than last 
time, so we might expand the meeting to the 22nd of January if need be. 
We are also in discussion with Dan Carman to see if we will have a task 
force time dedicated during the meeting or if it will be the week after.

The general meeting will be the occasion to review all the work from the 
past 6 months and plan forward for 2021. In the mean time, I wish you 
all a great end of the year break in these difficult times.
