Objet: Shifts list for ALERT at ALTO

Dear collaborators,

  We are now preparing for the shifts during our test run at ALTO.
  The run will take place in Orsay as the accelerator is part of IJCLab (new name of IPNO).
  We are scheduled from March 2 to 6 and 9 to 13 from 7 am to 11 pm. Installation will take place the first days of the week before to leave enough time to carry some tests wihtout beam when everything is installed.
  The ALTO team is doing its best to be ready for us.

  During this week, only foreigners can make a choice. Next week, it will be opened for everyone. So far I have identified 5 potential shifters, which means 8 slots per person. It seems a bit too much. Please, if you are not in the list, add your name in the list on the left and indicate how many shifts you can take.
