Objet: ALERT general meeting

Raphael and Zein-Eddine,

I have been interacting with the Hall B ALERT Task Force members over the past few weeks.
Attached is a list of known ALERT tasks for which JLab has responsibility. The areas covered are
1) engineering/design/technical, 2) reconstruction software, and 3) slow controls. I also include
a list that I have prepared based on these discussions with the Task Force members of questions
and issues that have come up. I plan to use these slides as the basis for my discussion at the
next ALERT Task Force meeting on June 11 at noon.

I believe all Task Force members (at least for now) are committed to attending the June 11 meeting. 
Folks will also likely attend other parts of the general ALERT meeting on June 10, 11. Note that there
may be some scheduling conflicts that arise during this time as JLab embarks on its plan for resumption
of activities (in the switch from MEDCON6 to MEDCON5) and the members of the ALERT Task Force
have responsibilties in this work.

Please look over the attached slides before our Task Force meeting as it is important to be sure that the 
assigned responsibilities (and associated deadlines) are clear between us and so that we do not lose
sight of any work tasks for ALERT.
