Objet: RG-L (ALERT) meeting next week 

Dear all, 
I’d like to let you know that a Task Force for ALERT RG Integration in CLAS12 has been appointed. 
The idea is to have a pool of experts from the Hall-B that will support the RG integration hardware- and software-wise. 
The TF is composed by: Bob in his quality of Hall technical coordinator of new equipment integration in CLAS12, Dan, in his quality of TOF expert, Eugene as beam-line expert, Nathan as a link for the sw integration in the CLAS12 rec framework and, finally, Yuri as tracker expert. This should cover all different area relevant for ALERT experiment. Dan will lead the effort as PI of the Task Force acting as link and reference for the ALERT Group. 
I’m expecting that the Task Force will meet regularly (~once per month) with ALERT group to check progress and call for a general review meeting (with the attendance of the whole Hall-B staff) in September (or 1-2 months before the actual ERR) for an ERR dry run. The TF will have a wiki page where store minutes of the meeting, documents and relevant information. 
As anticipated, I called the kick-off meeting with the TF and ALERT Group on May 5th 12:00AM-2:00PM with 1h presentation (1/2 for hw progress and 1/2 for sw progress) + 1h discussion.
