[Alert_collaboration] [EXTERNAL] Meeting with Hall-B (March 12th)

Hello everyone,

This is a reminder for March 12th meeting with the Hall-B to review our 
work before the Hall-B formally requests the ERR. Dan also transmitted 
instructions requesting that all talks (at least mature drafts) be 
linked to the agenda no later than noon on Thursday (JLab time) to give 
folks a chance to look things over before we meet. Moreover, the 
speakers need to be careful about preparing their talks to fit within 
the assigned time slots so that we can keep the review to the assigned 
2-hour slot.

We will meet Wednesday to discuss the status of the presentation for the 
Hall-B meeting on our usual time slot. In the mean time, the page for
