The goal of the workshop is to discuss the multi-dimensional partonic 
structure of nuclei that can potentially be measured at facilities such 
as Jefferson Lab and the forthcoming EIC. In doing so, we would like to 
highlight the novel physics that is only found in nuclei and discuss the 
new physics questions that can be addressed by studying the partonic 
structure of light nuclei.  Another topic of interest is how nuclear 
interactions influence the partonic structure and play a role in these 
novel phenomena.

The workshop is scheduled in two sessions, to occur on November 9 and 
November 10 and to take place from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM EST. The sessions 
will consist of eight 20 minute invited talks meant to prime discussion 
on the broad subject area of the workshop, followed by a one-hour 
discussion in which all participants are invited to engage.
