[Alert_collaboration] [EXTERNAL] Next ALERT task force meeting

Hello everyone,

Following discussions with Dan Carman, we will have our next meeting 
with the Hall-B task force on April 20 at 9-11 a.m. JLab time. Dan 
communicated a list of updates on Hall-B side:

- Engineering (Bob Miller) - integration, gas systems, beam dump, design
- Trigger (Valery Kubarovsky)
- DAQ/online (Sergey Boyarinov)
- Reconstruction (Nathan Baltzell, Raffaella De Vita, Veronique Ziegler)
- Electronics/Front-end (Ben Raydo)

Since we did not talk with the task force in a long time (see here for a 
reminder of the status at the time: 
https://clasweb.jlab.org/wiki/index.php/TaskForce_Meeting_Oct_5_2021). 
We should probably give a status report at least on our usual items :

- ATOF construction
- ATOF electronics
- AHDC prototype & test
- AHDC plans for construction
- Software

Let me know if you think we should merge some of these or if I forgot 
some specific topic that needs to be presented.
