[Alert_collaboration] ALERT Software meeting times

Hi All,

I want to put together a weekly (or bi-weekly) software meeting for ALERT
to make sure we stay on track for next years running.  I've put together a
poll to find a good time.  Note:  All times are in US EASTERN, EDT (so, if
you don't live in that time zone, you need to do the math for the times
you are available).  Also, if you are not planning to work on software,
you don't need to fill out this poll.
