[Alert_collaboration] ALERT Software meeting time poll

Dear All,

Here is a new poll for meeting times for our ALERT software meeting.  Note
that the times are all in Eastern US time, and are all in the AM to better
accommodate our European collaborators.  I'd like to finalize a new time
at our regular software meeting this week (which will be our last meeting
at 2pm EDT).
