[Alert_collaboration] RGL cooked data for analysis

Dear all,
Some data has been cooked and can be analyzed.

- Runs 21310,21314 and 21316 have been cooked with CJ 12.0.1t without 
the AHDC services. The output is in 
/volatile/clas12/rg-l/production/noAHDC/
- Runs 21311, 21313, 21317 and 10 files for each of the solenoid field 
scan runs 21339, 21340, 21342 have been cooked with the dev branche from 
CJ and have the AHDC information. The output is in 
/volatile/clas12/rg-l/production/1passbeam/
