Hi All,

Since we are still waiting for the target to fill, our test of the masked
chips was still not complete. Also NO spokesperson attended the 11:30
meeting, discussion was limited. At 15:00 we will reconvene to discuss
things again. If no spokespersons show, those present will decide what is
best.
Breaking news -- Gagik and Sergey have done a low voltage test - the chips
are still failing, so that is now conclusive. Repair must be done tomorrow
or Wednesday. It appears that much of Florian's suggested program could be
accomplished even with the masked chips, so it may not be necessary to
repair Monday.
