[Alert_collaboration] [EXTERNAL] Presence during ALERT commissioning

Hello everyone,

The new date for the start of the experiment is on or around the 10th of March, right after the CLAS collaboration meeting. It seems, JLab management starts to be a bit more confident on this date than with previous announcements. So we can start to plan in more details.

On this topic, we received a request from the Physics division to inform them of who will be present during the detector commissioning. So please let me know if you are planning to come to JLab for the commissioning (unless you are JLab based, then I assume you will be there).
