This is the RC summary for Day Shift July 28 through Owl shift July 29.

Over the last 24 hours, we returned to our smooth running ways. The only interruptions were the usual mix of DAQ trouble, trips, which were recovered quickly.

Two things I want to note in case they are significant. Over owl shift, the double peak structure in the TDC phase plot reverted to a single peak again. A DAQ reset fixed the issue. Also during owl shift, there was an alarm caused by a spike in the gas flow rate to the FTC, which quickly subsided. (https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4429624). I do not understand what might cause this or if it is significant, but I'm glad the flow quickly went back in range.

ABU for last 24h

- 17.4h of ABUs ~ 72.5% efficiency,

- Total ABUs since April 5th: 1236.9+17.4=1254.3 --> 1254.3 / (75.5 * 24) = 69.2%

- Day 115 of 151 scheduled: 115/151= 76.1%

- BANU: 2.1h due to trips, DAQ issues.

Plan for today:
There will be an RF separator test beginning at 10 AM. When beam is taken away (approx. 10:30 - 11:00), we will:
* Switch the target from the helium-4 to hydrogen, with 10 purge cycles to really make sure to remove all traces of He-4.
* Ramp up the tagger magnet to prepare for Moller runs
When beam comes back, we'll do two Moller runs, one with each target polarization setting.
Then we will resume production on hydrogen.

RC meeting:

We will meet as usual today at 11:30 (EST) in CH Room 200C and online via Zoom
Zoom meeting ID: 160 570 5819
