[Alert_collaboration] [EXTERNAL] Updated timeline in the clas12mon

Please find the newly produced ALERT timeline with auto pass0 v2 and v3.

Please review the produced timeline in terms of fit quality, typo in labels, and so on.

These timelines now contain the t0/tmax/width for each wire of ahdc.
I took the rising edge at 25% peak height for the t0 and the falling edge at 25% peak height for the tmax. The width is tmax - t0.
I also displayed which peak is presented for the raw tot distribution.
