[Alert_collaboration] [EXTERNAL] ALERT Meeting

Hi All,

So the RC meeting will be part of the ALERT Meeting today. I am still
catching up on my report, but I can say that we are currently in the
process of changing from 5 pass to 1 pass and also changing torus from
inbending to outbending. Also, there was some difficulty last night doing
the beam restore, harp scans and moeller runs; the later was due to an
error in the quad control. I will attend from the counting room, not the
second floor meeting room. There is too much going on and I want to be near
the action. Use the connection Raphael sent in his message.
