<li>Due to issues communicating with one of the Hall A harps they decided around 2:30am to switch gears and  send beam to B&D <ul>

<li>Started full beam restoration around 4am<ul>

<li>Required <a href="https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4371777">degaussing and hysteris of tagger magnet</a> which delayed first phase of restoration somewhat</li>
<li>Had to redo some scans due to degaussing and MCC touching the beam parameters, but all looked good by 6:20am (<a href="https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4371796">2c21</a> and <a href="https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4371795">Tagger/2c24a</a>)</li>
<li>Switched to Moller after harp scans, Moller GUI got stuck during initial configuration, fixed by Nathan, results looking good (<a href="https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4371698">negative</a> and <a href="[https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4371817](https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/4371817)">positive</a> ))<ul>

<li>Draft of repair plans is available to all relevant people to make sure the repairs follow proper procedures and to ensure smooth execution and minimal downtime.</li></ul></li>
