[Alert_collaboration] [EXTERNAL] ALERT Meeting

Dear All,

Thanks to Zhiwan's timely troubleshooting that timelines with only one 
layer (for ahdc) and only one sector (for atof), I updated the ALERT 
timeline for v6 and v7, as discussed during today's meeting.

The code will be updated to resolve this issue by this PR:

Hopefully, we will produce timelines with the updated code from the next 
cooking version.
