<p>Hello,</p>
<p>The collaboration just needs the abstracts to assemble the
committees to review the proposals, so I assume it does not matter
what we transmit at this point about the run conditions.</p>
<p>I made some minor changes to the abstract and will send them to
Jerry and Mike at the end of the buisness day in Europe.<br>

PAC 45 will consider new experiment proposals this summer during
the week of July 10. The proposals are due at 8 am, May 22.
Following the guidance in our charter, we have established the
following schedule to perform Working Group reviews of any CLAS12
proposals. In order to have adequate time for the reviews, we have
to strictly follow the schedule. When you are ready to start the
review, send a copy to the working group chair and to me.
