All Staff and Users,

Most network services have been restored. This includes offsite access 
for most of the general web servers, including hall web servers, wikis 
and subversion repositories. If you manage a web server that is not yet 
available, and should be, please contact the helpdesk (helpdesk at jlab.org 
<mailto:helpdesk at jlab.org>).

Offsite access to FTP is also now available for "getting" files.  
"Putting" files requires use of SFTP.  Updated instructions are 
available at https://cc.jlab.org/filetransfers. BBFTP is not yet available.

Most MIS applications are also now available, including DocuShare, which 
was brought back online yesterday afternoon. A handful of applications 
remain offline, including the publications database and some parts of 
the experiment database. Some of these may take a few weeks to fully 
bring back online. The status of web applications is at: 
http://www.jlab.org/status/
