Before or right after the holidays you should have received a message 
from the training system notifying you to take Jefferson Lab's Annual 
Security Awareness Training no later than Jan. 31. If you haven't yet 
taken this refresher training, please do so before 5 p.m. Thursday.

If you don't recall if you've taken the training yet, access your 
training record from the Personal Information portlet (left column) on 
Insight:
https://misportal.jlab.org/InsightWebProject/login.jsp

Or sign into JLIST and look up your training record, which is accessible 
from the My Info menu choice under People; then select the Training Tab:

If you've already accomplished the training, your expiration date should 
be in January 2014. If not, please complete the training as soon as 
possible.

The web-based training (GEN034 – Annual Security Awareness for Employees 
& Subcontractors) is available at:

Be sure your browser's pop-up blocker is disabled. The badges of 
individuals who haven't completed the training by Jan. 31 will be 
deactivated on Feb. 1.

Some individuals have reported difficulty running the training on their 
computer. If you have difficulty, contact Brandye Rogers, Training and 
Development office, ph. 269-5959, for assistance.

SOTRs are asked to remind their subcontractors to complete this training.
