Jerry P. Draayer, SURA president and CEO, has issued a statement 
regarding the completion of the sale of CSC's Applied Technology 
Division to PAE.

As you may know, CSC/AT was SURA's partner in JSA Science Associates, 
LLC, which operates and manages Jefferson Lab for the Department of Energy.
