An all-hands meeting to provide an update on the FY13 budget will be 
held on Tuesday, June 4.

There will be two sessions - one from 9 a.m. - 10 a.m. and the other 
from 10:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.

Both sessions will be held in the CEBAF Center auditorium.

To allow for auditorium capacity, attendance for the sessions is 
suggested below.

If you cannot make the session your division or work center is scheduled 
for, you may attend the other session.

Any questions regarding this meeting may be directed to your supervisor.

If the auditorium reaches capacity, overflow seating will be available 
in CEBAF Center Cafeteria. *__*

No standing or sitting at the back of the auditorium or on auditorium 
stairs will be permitted.

The event will be videotaped for later posting on Insight.
