Dear Colleague,

We have been informed by the Department of Energy that the reprogramming 
package I mentioned during last week's all-hands meeting has been 
approved by the Senate and House.  While awaiting details, we anticipate 
that this will mitigate our budget issues and obviate the need for 
reduced work schedules.

Unless informed otherwise, you can anticipate full work schedules for 
the rest of the financial year.
