[All_jlab_accounts] JLab Copier Changeout Delayed - Last Notice

Sent on behalf of the CNI group in Jefferson Lab's Information Technology Division.

The changeout of the copiers has been delayed due to the inclement weather. This is the last announcement regarding the copier changeout schedule. Any further changes to the schedule will be announced on Insight and on the Computer Center webpage: https://cc.jlab.org/

The current schedule is now:

  Jan. 24 -- ARC, Support Service Center and Forestry Building
  Jan. 27 -- Experimental Equipment Lab, Technology and Engineering Development Building, Test Lab and Radiation Control Group Buildings
  Jan. 28 -- FEL, Trailer 35 and Buildings 85, 89, 97 and 203

The CNI group will strive to limit outages to a single copier at a time, however, some of the color models will need to be turned off for some time in order to cool down prior to being replaced. As before, please plan on using another copier nearby while your primary copier is being replaced. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the IT Division Helpdesk at helpdesk at jlab.org, or x7155.
