[All_jlab_accounts] First Tropical Depression this Hurricane Season May Impact the Region

Members of Jefferson Lab's leadership and its Emergency Management Team 
would like you to know that we are monitoring the tropical depression 
off the central coast of Florida, because it has been estimated that it 
may impact the Hampton Roads Area during the upcoming holiday.

On June 1, Jefferson Lab initiated Hurricane Preparedness Condition 1 
<https://www.jlab.org/memo/jefferson-lab-begins-prep-2014-hurricane-season>(HPC-1) 
in anticipation of such an event.Before you leave for the Fourth of July 
holiday weekend, it is asked that you take a moment to review your 
Hurricane Preparation Checklist and perform any actions or preparation 
of your work areas in anticipation of possibly severe weather such as 
heavy winds, heavy rain, etc.
