This weekend, Sprint was able to find and correct the problem with the cell tower antenna serving the Jefferson Lab area, restoring cell phone service. In coordination with the Commonwealth, Sprint was able to work at the tower site with a biologist to avoid disrupting the nesting Osprey pair. If you experience ongoing issues with Sprint service, please report them to the IT Division Helpdesk, x7155 or helpdesk at jlab.org .
