[All_jlab_accounts] JLab's Videoconferencing Service Is Down

Currently, Jefferson Lab's primary multimedia collaboration and videoconferencing system, BlueJeans, is down until further notice. The provider is aware of the outage and is working to bring the service back online. The IT Division will notify the Jefferson Lab community once BlueJeans returns to service. If you have any questions about this or any other computer-related issues, call or email the IT Division Helpdesk at x7155 or helpdesk at jlab.org.
