All-Hands Meeting, Monday, Sept. 8 

Director Hugh Montgomery will conduct two all-hands meetings today in the CEBAF Center auditorium for an update on safety, the 12 GeV Upgrade schedule, accelerator commissioning, the budget, the NSAC Long Range Plan and other items. 

There will be two sessions - one at 1 p.m. and the other at 2:30 p.m. 

Both sessions will be held in the CEBAF Center auditorium. To allow for auditorium capacity, attendance for the sessions is suggested below. If you cannot make the session your division or work center is scheduled for, you may attend the other session. 

No standing or sitting at the back of the auditorium or on auditorium stairs will be permitted. 


If you are unable to attend either of the sessions, or if the auditorium reaches capacity before you arrive, you may stream the meeting on your computer here: https://www.jlab.org/div_dept/cio/cni/all_hands/ 


One of the sessions will also be recorded, and a link to it will be posted on Insight for viewing by staff and users later this week.
