[All_jlab_accounts] JLab Telephone Software Update Set for Tuesday, August 11

At 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday , a software update will be sent to all Cisco IP phones. This update will not interrupt calls in progress. Once all calls are completed, the phones will reset, taking approximately one minute to restart. Analog phones in the tunnel and halls will not be affected by this update. If you have any questions or concerns about this scheduled work, contact the IT Division Helpdesk at helpdesk at jlab.org or x7155.
