[All_jlab_accounts] Reboot JLab PCs when feasible; Microsoft Patches Uploaded over Weekend

Due to the severity of the security issues addressed by the latest 
Microsoft patches, the CNI group released them to all Jefferson Lab 
desktops and servers early. At this point, your desktop should have 
downloaded and installed the first round of patches and is awaiting a 
reboot.Due to the nature of this set of Microsoft patches, you will need 
to reboot your system and then receive another set of patches which will 
also need a reboot to finalize the patch installation.

The entire process could take up to 30 minutes.

As these patches contain critical security updates, please plan on 
following this process at your earliest opportunity today. If you have 
any questions or comments, please contact the IT Division Helpdesk at 
helpdesk at jlab.org, or x7155.
