[All_jlab_accounts] Seeking Lab Input on Cafeteria/Catering Options

As part of our normal procurement cycle, the current food services contract, which has operated the on-site cafeteria and catering operation for the past 15 years, is coming to a close. As required, Jefferson Science Associates will be evaluating proposals under a re-competition for the continued operation of the cafeteria in 2016. In an effort to better serve the staff and users at the Thomas Jefferson National Accelerator Facility, we ask that you participate in a quick survey. 

We cannot stress enough the importance of this survey process, as it will allow JSA Management to gauge what food service options are important to members of the Jefferson Lab community; help develop the re-compete solicitation; better evaluate proposals received; and have a direct effect on all future levels of cafeteria and catering services offered at the Lab. Please use the link below to access the survey. 

The survey will be open from through Friday, May 15, 2015 at 5 p.m., and should take no more than 10 minutes of your time. Please only take the survey one time.
