[All_jlab_accounts] JLab Update to Notice of Radiological Posting Changes

We have received feedback indicating that the memo distributed last week regarding upcoming changes to radiological postings may have caused some confusion. Please see the highlights below: 




- All GERT and Rad Worker trained personnel should read and electronically sign the document linked below (SAF001), acknowledging that they understand the changes taking place over the next few weeks in regards to postings on many of the doors to the Linac, Arc and BSY Service Buildings. This document is informational, and intended to enhance your awareness of the posting configuration on site. The acknowledgement is NOT tied to site access controls or issuance of dosimetry. - If you are a supervisor of personnel who do not have a JLab email, contact us and we will assist you with giving them credit for reading the document. 




- If you are a Radiation Worker whose duties may require you to enter these buildings, you must also read and sign the new Linac and Arc Service Building Access RWP (2015-S013), linked here: https://misportal.jlab.org/railsForms/rad_work_permits/53440/briefing
