Jefferson Lab Director, Hugh Montgomery, will conduct an all-hands 
meeting today, Oct. 1, in the CEBAF Center auditorium. He will provide 
the Jefferson Lab community with an update on safety, workforce 
diversity, cyber security and recent federal cyber breaches, 
infrastructure and the campus plan, funding & budget status, and major 
activities including the 12 GeV Upgrade status, the fall accelerator 
running schedule, LCLS II work, the Nuclear Science Advisory Committee 
(NSAC) Long Range Plan due out in mid-October, and the Jefferson Lab 
proposal for a future Electron-Ion Collider and other items.

To accommodate the laboratory community, there will be two sessions – 
one at 9:00 a.m. and the other at 11:00 a.m.

To allow for auditorium capacity, attendance for the sessions is 
suggested below. If you cannot make the session your division or work 
center is scheduled for, you may attend the other session. No standing 
or sitting at the back of the auditorium or on auditorium stairs will be 
permitted.

A question and answer session will take place after each session.
