[All_jlab_accounts] ACTION REQUIRED: Tag Out Milwaukee brand Heat Guns

All,


An employee recently received a shock while working with a heat gun. 
Please look in your work areas and inspect ALL heat guns to ensure that 
you are not using, or do not have, any Milwaukee brand heat guns. See 
attached photos for identifying marks of this brand of heat gun.

If you have any of these heat guns, please administratively tag them 
out.  Be sure to include your name on the tag and turn them in at 
Trailer 35.


While the cause of the shock is under investigation, we have every 
intention of returning the heat guns if they are determined to be safe 
for use.  Please take measures to purchase a new one in the event you do 
not have a spare gun in your work area.

Also, if you use heat guns at home, please take a minute to check those 
as well.
