A message from the Lab Director: 



As you are aware, the laboratory works to meet performance goals as outlined in the Performance Evaluation and Measurement Plan (PEMP). This plan is DOE‘s primary method for evaluating the performance of Jefferson Science Associates in its management and operations of the laboratory. Recently, DOE's Office of Science posted Jefferson Lab's performance report card for FY16 on its website, the results of which are derived from the PEMP. 



The report card reads rather well, and it is a positive testament to the diligent efforts of our staff in carrying out the laboratory's mission safely, responsibly and successfully, which is much appreciated:

You can expect that your management will discuss the details of our report with staff as needed.
