This service is currently experiencing problems that are resulting in Jefferson Lab not receiving incoming long-distance phone calls from other government sites (i.e. DOE, other labs, NASA, etc). Telecommunications staffers are working with DOE and Verizon to restore this service.</div><div><br></div><div>In summary, lab phones can: </div><div>- make outgoing long-distance phone calls (including calls to other government sites);</div><div>- receive long-distance phone calls from non-government sites (i.e. cell phones, businesses, personal telephones, etc.).</div><div><br></div><div>Until service is restored, lab phones cannot:</div><div>- receive phone calls from government sites, such as DOE HQ, other labs, NASA, etc.</div></div><div><br></div><div><br></div></body></html>
